Maurice John Frick of Washington, MO passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at the age of 81 years.  He was born in Marthasville, MO on August 23, 1941; the son of Louis Frick and his wife, Clementine (Eicholz).  He was united in marriage to Anacleta "Tootsie" Rohe on August 29, 1964 in Washington, MO., and four children blessed their union. Maurice was a member of the Washington American Legion #218 and Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Washington. He enjoyed camping, grilling and barbecuing, gardening, and woodworking.  The time Maurice cherished most was the time spent with his family and friends, and he will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Clementine Frick.

Maurice is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Tootsie Frick of Washington; three sons: David Frick and wife Rebecca of Washington, Timothy Frick and his wife Stephanie of New Haven, and Jeffrey Frick and wife Shana of Cape Girardeau; one daughter, Sandy Gildehaus and husband Todd of Krakow; seven grandchildren; two brothers: Larry Frick and wife Carol of Washington, and Leon Frick of Krakow; two sisters: Marilyn Owenby of Warrenton, and Anna Rose Glamann and husband Harold of Washington; and many other relatives and friends.

Memorials in honor of Maurice Frick may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Church or the American Legion #218.
