Mary Leona Beasley nee Marks, 77 of Union passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at Cedar Crest Nursing Home, Washington.

Mrs. Beasley, daughter of Edward Marks, Sr. and wife Rebecca nee Larrison was born October 21, 1934 in Robertsville.

On July 21, 1961 she was united in marriage to Clarence Beasley in Union.

She worked at Carmo Shoe Factory as a Trimmer and was a member of the Moose Lodge in Union.

Mrs. Beasley was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Beasley; her son, Gary Schuttenberg; her parents, Edward Marks Sr. and Smiley and Rebecca Holtmeier; one sister, Ruth Ann Bunton and one great-grandson.

She is survived by three sons, Larry Schuttenberg and wife Brenda of Washington, Michael Schuttenberg and wife Barb of Washington and Charles Beasley and wife Judy of Union; one brother, Edward Marks and wife Myrtle of Union; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
