Marilyn Joyce Thacker nee Wendt, 75 of Catawissa passed away Monday, August 19, 2013 at her home. Mrs. Thacker, daughter of the late Clifford Wendt and wife Eula nee Cox was born April 2, 1938. On August 4, 1956 she was united in marriage to Donald Thacker in St. Louis. Most days she could be found taking care of her garden and manicuring her lawn. Beloved wife of Donald Thacker; beloved mother of Donnie Thacker and wife Linda, Brett Thacker and Donna Whitworth; dear sister of Inez Andert; loving grandmother of Carrie, Melissa, Matthew, Wendy, Nicholas and Amanda; loving great-grandmother of seven.
