Marilyn Pendleton nee White, 66 of Union passed away Thursday, October 9, 2008 at her home.

Mrs. Pendleton daughter of the late Norval White and wife Era nee McClardy was born July 31, 1942 in Malden, Missouri.

On January 11, 1958 she was united in marriage to Donald Pendleton in East St. Louis, Illinois.

Mrs. Pendleton worked at the Washington Missourian as an office manager.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Norval Sr. and Era White; infant son, Shawn Pendleton.

Mrs. Pendleton is survived by her husband Donald Pendleton of Union; two sons, Blaine Pendleton and wife Carol of Newton, Alabama and Brett Pendleton of Leslie; one daughter, Laura Maassen and of Lacey, Washington; one brother, Norval White Jr. and wife Katherine of St. Louis; two sisters, Martha McDaniel and husband Bill of Florissant and Peggy Nunn and husband Larry of Panhandle, Texas; 12 grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
