Margaret Mocabee of Villa Ridge, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at the age of 80 years. Daughter of Joseph and Annabell (Riach) Allan, she was born in Glasgow, Scotland, on January 24, 1945.

She came to the United States in 1965 with her son, Lewis Haynes, and husband, Bobby Haynes, who was serving in the U.S. Navy. Margaret then attended cosmetology school and operated Sunny Day Salon in Union for over ten years.

In her idle time, she enjoyed crocheting, knitting, caring for her fish pond, and tending to her beautiful flower beds.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Annabell Allan; her husband, Bobby Haynes; and one brother, Norman Allan.

She is survived by her son, Lewis Haynes and wife Terri, of Hinesville, Georgia; daughters, Anna Haynes, of Villa Ridge, and Joyce Manley, of Villa Ridge; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Joyce Binks, of Scotland; other relatives and many friends.
