Louise Marie Rachal (Thurman), 89 of Sullivan formerly of St. Clair passed away Sunday, July 18, 2021 in Sullivan.

Louise, daughter of William Thurman and wife Lucille (Russell) was born November 2, 1931 in St. Louis.

On February 1, 1949 she was united in marriage to Carl Rachal.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents, William and Lucille Thurman; her husband Carl Rachal; one daughter, Sharon Sherrill and five brothers, Raymond Thurman, Billy Thurman, Donnie Thurman, Ralph Thurman and Jimmy Thurman.

She is survived by her daughter, Paula Jean Baumann and husband Terry of Sullivan; five grandchildren, Chad Watters and wife Michelle of Florida, Michelle Mardirosian and husband Bart of Indiana, Matthew Winkler and wife Lyssa of Sullivan, Heather Winkler and friend Mark of West Virginia and Jennifer Winkler and friend Jason of St. Louis; two great grandchildren, Rick Asher of St. Clair and Malcolm Weber of Pennsylvania; other relatives and many friends.
