Lois Ann Mills, 57, of St. Clair passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at her home.

Mrs. Mills, daughter of the late Carl Vaughn and wife Felicite nee Jones was born September 21, 1955 in St. Louis.

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, frequenting thrift stores and resale shops finding the next bargain. Mrs. Mills owned and operated her own restaurant in Carrlane, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Richard Vaughn and two sisters, Carol Alan and Mary Nowak.

Mrs. Mills is survived by her husband, James Mills; two sons, Michael Ray Petzold and Fiancé Wende Ouellette of St. Clair and Donald Lee Petzold and wife Beth of St. Clair; three brothers, Bill Vaughn of Tennessee, Bill Moreland of Cassville, MO and Vincent Moreland of St. Clair; four sisters, Carrie Mae Moran and husband Jack of Union City, TN., Joan Koeling and husband Jerry of Marthasville, Sharon Whaley and husband Gary of Shell Knob, MO and Tandle Rivera and husband Ron of Fort Worth, TX; two grandchildren, Ashley Petzold of St. Clair and Kendra Petzold with special friend Juan Medel Garcia of St. Clair; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
