Logan R. Whisenhunt, 17, of Union passed away Monday, November 21, 2016 in St. Louis.

Logan was born August 17, 1999 in Sullivan, Missouri, son of Adam Whisenhunt and Shonna Strube.

Logan was a student at Union High School where he was part of the wrestling team and a player on the baseball team.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, the outdoors and living life to its fullest.

Logan was preceded in death by his father, Adam Whisenhunt and his grandparents, Geneva Strube and Linda Esslinger.

He is survived by his mother, Shonna Strube and boyfriend Matthew Masters of Union; one brother, Jordon Whisenhunt of Union; one sister, Chloe Whisenhunt of Union; step-dad, Jeremy Love of St. Clair; his best friend, Luke Walsh of Sullivan; grandparents, Robert Strube of Stanton and Sue Collins of Marthasville; five uncles, Jim Strube and wife Jessi of Sullivan, David Box and wife Penny of Union, Henry Esslinger and wife Tabatha of Sullivan, James Esslinger and wife Amanda of Marthasville and Joe Esslinger and wife Kayliene of Sullivan; four aunts, Teresa Miller and husband Dale of Bourbon, Cindy Rector and husband Christopher of Sullivan, Ashley Strube of Bourbon and Ashley Miller and husband Cordell of Iowa State; many cousins; other relatives and many friends.
