Linda Joyce Guzman (Hamilton) of Union, MO passed away peacefully at home on Friday, February 9, 2024 at the age of 74 years.  She was born January 7, 1950 in Poplar Bluff, MO; the daughter of Marvin Hamilton and Shirley (Long).  She received her education from the Poplar Bluff School District.  She was united in marriage to Jerry Guzman, Sr. on December 28, 1989 and the couple made their home in Union, where Linda was a homemaker to their six children. She was a member of the Union Moose Lodge #1745, the American Legion #297, and the St. Clair VFW #2482.  Linda enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and going to the casinos.  The time she cherished most was the time spent with her family and friends, and she will be dearly missed.

Linda was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Hamilton.

She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Jerry Guzman, Sr of Union; her mother, Shirley Eldridge; five sons: Gerry Malone of Union; Jerry Guzman Jr. and wife Angela of Owensville, John Ferguson of High Ridge, David Guzman and wife Shaddy of Denver, CO, and Travis Guzman and significant other, Amanda Swaller of CA; one daughter, Jamie Dennis and husband Brendon of Lonedell; one brother, Norm Hamilton of OR; seven grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
