Linda Lynette Foster (Jones), 70 of St. Clair passed away Thursday, April 22, 2021 in Chesterfield.

Linda, daughter of the late Harvey James Jones Sr. and wife Mamie Gertrude (Lewis) was born September 20, 1950 in St. Clair.

She received her education at St. Clair and attended East Central College. She was the Pastor at the former Rock Hill Community Church.

Linda loved sewing and crocheting. She enjoyed playing guitar, piano and singing alongside her sister Yorka. Most of all she was the best mother a son could ask for.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey Sr. and Mamie Jones; one brother, Harvey Jones Jr.; two sisters, Joyce Ochsenbine and Yorka Jones and infant brother, Harvey Caesar Jones.

She is survived by son, Phillip Foster and wife Vonna; one brother, Jerry Jones and wife Vicki of Pacific; three grandchildren, Sarah Honey of Linn, Becky Aiello of O'Fallon and Lucas Slusser; ten great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and many friends.

Memorial donations to an organization of the donor's choice are preferred.
