Linda Sue Finn nee LaMar, 72 of Villa Ridge passed away Monday, March 31, 2014 at her home. Mrs. Finn, daughter of the late Nathan LaMar and wife Clara nee Jackson was born January 3, 1942 in Evansville, Indiana. On June 2, 1962 she was united in marriage to Thomas Finn at Central Baptist Church in Eureka. Mrs. Finn was a devoted Christian and member of the First Baptist Church of Villa Ridge for 15 years. She was active in the children's ministries and singing at church. She was part of the Silver Saints Group and member of the Ladies Red Hat Society. She loved to travel and was able to visit many sites around the United States. Mrs. Finn was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Betty McKee and infant brother, Michael LaMar. She is survived by her husband Thomas Finn of Villa Ridge; two sons, Michael Finn of St. Charles and Mark Finn of Washington; one daughter, Melissa Call and husband Jason of Jefferson City; one brother, Gale LaMar and wife Phyllis of Lewisport, KY; one sister, Ruth Stroot and husband Harry of St. Louis; one grandson, Kendall Call; nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
