Lillian Evelyn Williams nee DeClue, 90 of St. Clair passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at her home.

Mrs. Williams, daughter of the late Marion DeClue and wife Annie nee Payton was born September 22, 1920 in Moselle, Missouri.

On July 22, 1939 she was united in marriage to Tony Williams in St. Louis.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tony Williams; her parents, Marion and Annie DeClue; four brothers, John DeClue, Bill DeClue, Louie DeClue and Jody DeClue; two sisters, Jewel Stahlman Payton and Ella Coleman.

Mrs. Williams is survived by four daughters, Carol Jett and husband Don of Villa Ridge, Joyce Carson of Covington, Georgia, Jerri Smith of Halfway, Missouri and Jo Lynn Stephenson of St. Clair; sixteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
