Leslie Roy Cox Jr., 63 of St. Clair passed away Sunday, November 8, 2015 in Washington. Mr. Cox, son of the late Leslie Roy Cox Sr. and wife Elsie Marie nee Cahill was born August 11, 1952 in Washington, Missouri. He proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War seeing action during his tour. Mr. Cox was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Elsie Cox Sr.; one son, Vernon Cox and one sister, Gloria Arflack. He is survived by two daughters, Megan Cox of St. Clair and Leslie Cox of Independence; one brother, Mark Cox and wife Lisa of Union; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
