Lauren Parthemore, 67, of Union, previously of New Mexico, passed away, Thursday, April 21, 2022, in Washington.

On July 16, 1954, Lauren was born to the union of Howard Parthemore and Deliah (Byrne) in Kenton, Ohio.

Lauren graduated from Allen East High School in Ohio.

He was the owner of "Scotty's" in New Mexico for over 20 years.

Lauren had recently moved to Union and retired from working at Dollar General.

His favorite pass time was hiking and exploring the Missouri backwoods with his best friend, "Baby Dog". He was a lifelong Cleveland Browns fan as well as a fan of sports in general. Lauren also enjoyed watching the "Food Network". Most of all Lauren loved spending time with his family.

Lauren was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Parthemore; his parents, Howard and Deliah Parthemore; his brother, George Parthemore; his sister, Clara Kearns.

He is survived by his loving daughter, Valerie Howland and husband Al of Union; three sisters, Betty Dills and husband Robert of Texas, Wanda Carter and husband Timothy of Ohio and Sally Vance and husband Dick of Arkansas; two grandchildren, Alexander and Lucas Howland; numerous other grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
