Kathy Faye Farris (Humphrey), 76, of Owensville passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022 in Owensville.

Kathy, daughter of Billy Humphrey and wife Ruby Alice (Ringeisen) was born August 11, 1945 in St. Louis.

On December 19, 1964 she was united in marriage to Thurman Farris in Owensville.

Kathy worked at Brown Shoe Company and Mid Missouri Graphics both in Owensville.

She enjoyed reading and exercising her green thumb growing many house plants over the years. She was an animal lover especially when it came to dogs and cats. Most of all she loved to be surrounded by her family while putting on functions at her home.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Ruby Humphrey; one brother, Bill Humphrey; one sister, Irene Cox; one nephew, Paul Humphrey and one niece, Rhonda Newman.

She is survived by two children, Renee Terrill and fiancé Josh Tuttle of Owensville and Chris Farris of Owensville; one brother, Mike Humphrey and wife Wanda of Owensville; three grandchildren, Justin Lowe and wife Brittany, Kylee Terrill and Katrina Farris all of Owensville; three great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Jayden and Brayden; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
