Kathryn "Kathy" Richardson of Villa Ridge, MO was born April 26, 1955 in Pierre, South Dakota; the daughter of Claude "Bud" Poss and Joyce (Burke) Poss.  Kathy passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 4, 2024 at the age of 68 years.  She was united in marriage to Mack Richardson on May 17, 1992 in Baytown, TX and the couple celebrated 31 years of marriage before Mack's passing on July 9, 2023. Kathy was employed at Covington County Hospital in Collins, MS as a pharmacy technician.  She cherished the time she spent with her family and friends, especially her dear grandchildren, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Kathy was preceded in death by her husband, Mack Richardson; her mother, Joyce Poss; and one brother-in-law, Ross Williams.

She is survived by her father, Bud Poss of Baytown, TX; one daughter, Jana Rancilio and husband Nick of Villa Ridge; one son, Jason Haynie of Houston, TX; two stepsons: Olen Richardson and Parish Richardson, both of CO; two brothers: Randall Poss and wife Becky of Mt. Olive, MS, and Robert Poss and wife Brandy of TX; two sisters: Sharon McLaughlin and husband Robert of Laurel, TX, and Gayle Williams of Hattiesburg, MS; seven grandchildren: Daniel Plumer, Landon Plumer, Cloee Poe, Christina Poe, Cassidy Poe, Zachary Richardson, and Andrea Richardson; and many other relatives and friends.
