Kathy Perkins, of Gerald, passed away on Friday, April 25, 2025, at the age of 48 years.  She was born in St Louis, on April 13, 1977, the daughter of Mark Simmons and Shannon Haley.

She enjoyed traveling with her husband John on their Harley Davidson motorcycle, painting and doing crafts.

Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Mark Simmons and brother, Joe Simmons.

She is survived by her husband, John Perkins of Gerald; mother, Shannon Haley of Owensville; son, Johnson Davis of Owensville; daughter, Crystal Davis of West Plains; sister, Heather Giebe of Owensville; two grandsons; other relatives and many friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
