Karen A. Rains, 59 of Lonedell passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at her home.

Mrs. Rains, daughter of Paul and Louise Werner was born December, 14, 1953 in St. Louis.

She was of the Christian Faith and attended St. John's United Church of Christ in St. Clair.

Karen fulfilled her life long dream to farm on her own farm.

Mrs. Rains is survived by her husband, Donald Rains of Lonedell; one son, Jim Nolan and wife Tiffany of St. Clair; three daughters, Sondra Clark and husband Christopher of St. Clair, Patty Look and fiancé Matt Workman of St. Louis and Sarah Rains of St. Clair; her parents, Paul and Louise Werner of Conway; two brothers, Michael Werner of Fenton and Steven Werner of Eureka; twin sister, Kathy Burris and husband Steven of Conway; six grandchildren, Makayla, Kylie, Charissa, Shae, Jameson and Kellie; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
