June Lansford nee Duncan, 74 of Sullivan passed away Friday, December 14, 2012 at her home. Mrs. Lansford, daughter of Raymond and Laurine Duncan was born February 11, 1938 in Owensville. On June 23, 1956 she was united in marriage to Jack Lansford in Owensville.

She was a member of the National Cutting Horse Association, American Quarter Horse Association, Missouri Team Sorting Association and Team Penning Association. As a dedicated manager of Sporlan Valve she retired after 37 years of service.

Mrs. Lansford was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Laurine Duncan; her husband, Jack Lansford; her brother, Donald Duncan; sister-in-law, Cindy Lansford and daughter-in-law, Sarah Lansford.

She is survived by two sons, Danny Lansford and friend Lois Shearin of Sullivan and Dennis Lansford and wife Diane of Union; eight grandchildren, Jesse Lansford, Nate Lansford, Justin Lansford, Nick Lansford and wife Jeanna, Casey Lansford, Devan Lansford, Kelly Nevills and Kelly Russell; eight great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
