Judy Turner, nee Lumos, 66 of St. Clair passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at her home.
Mrs. Turner, daughter of the late Marvin Lumos Sr. and wife Mayola nee Massie was born May 31, 1945 in St. Louis.
On March 12, 1962 she was united in marriage to Virgil Turner in Escondido, California.
She was a homemaker for many years until owning and operating Judy's Bar and Grill in St. Clair for 20 years.
She attended the First Baptist Church in Villa Ridge.
Mrs. Turner was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin Sr. and Mayola Lumos; her daughter, Clarissa Vongladeth; four brothers, Paul Lumos, Marvin Lumos Jr., Richard Lumos and infant twin brother, Orville Lumos; one sister, Gerldine "Jerry" Nantz.
She is survived by her husband, Virgil Turner of St. Clair; one son, Danny Turner and wife Brenda of Washington State; two daughters, Angelina Cardinalli of St. Clair and Cynthia Fleming and husband Thomas of Poplar Grove, Illinois; two brothers, Norris Cramer of Robertsville and Ray Lumos and wife Terrie of Sullivan; one sister, Nannette McKechnie and husband Richard of Battleground, WA; seventeen grandchildren, Danny Michael Jr., Joel, Sabrina, Amanda, Virgil, Marvin, Laura, Gerald, Joy, Raylynn, Crystal, Julie, Sarah, Thomas Jr., Dominic, Tyler and Kaitlynn; eleven great-grandchildren; other relative and many friends.
