Joy Lynn Wilken (Landwehr) of St. Clair, MO passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at the age of 62 years.  Joy, the daughter of Jerry Landwehr and Carol (Watts) Gil, was born December 19, 1961 in Washington, MO. She was united in marriage to Ronnie Wilken on January 28, 1978 at St. Clair Baptist Church and the couple shared 44 years together before Ronnie's passing on October 16, 2022. She was employed as a loan officer at US Bank in Washington.  Joy's grandchildren were her pride and joy, and she devoted her life to raising them.

Joy was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry Landwehr and Carol (Henry) Gil; and her husband, Ronnie Wilken.

She is survived by her stepmother, Shirley Landwehr of Sullivan; two grandchildren: Marissa Wilken and Eric Wilken Jr.; one son, Eric S. Wilken of Springfield; her sister, Cheryl Burris of NY; one stepsister, Gina Van Huss of Bourbon; and many other relatives and friends.

Memorial donations in honor of Joy Wilken can be made to the Franklin County Humane Society.
