Joseph Michael Finger, 40, of St. Louis passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2017 in St. Louis.

Joseph, son of Albert Finger and Sheila nee Allen was born December 13, 1976 in St. Louis.

Joseph received his education at Eureka High School, graduating class of 1995. He excelled at Track and competed at the top level.

Joseph was an outdoorsman and enjoyed bass fishing the most. As a talented artist, he specialized in drawing people.

He was of the Christian Faith and member of Faith Church in St. Louis.

Joseph was preceded in death by his mother Sheila Hoven.

He is survived by five children, Tyler Griffin of Eureka, Joseph Chandler Griffin of Eureka, Katelyn Griffin of Eureka, Micah Finger of Festus and Triston Finger of Bonne Terre; his father, Albert Finger and wife Diane of Fenton; two sisters, Kelley Christopher of Arnold and Shantelle Overschmidt and husband Phil of Washington; step-sister, Jennifer Veal of Cape Girardeau; nieces and nephews, Dan Christopher of St. Louis, Laurie Christopher of St. Louis, Ashley Overschmidt of Kansas City, Jessica Overschmidt of Washington, Devon Veal of St. Louis, Dustin Veal of St. Louis and Amanda Veal of St. Louis; great-niece, Bella Christopher; other relatives and many friends.
