Jorge Hernandez-Centeno of Overland, MO passed away unexpectedly March 15, 2025, at the age of 42 years. Jorge was born December 14, 1982, in Juventino Rosas, Guanajuato, Mexico; the son of Chon and Kika Hernandez.

Jorge was united in marriage to Lisa James on May 28, 2005, in Robertsville, MO and three sons blessed their union. He was a member of Iglesia de Todas las Almos Catholic Church, and his faith was very strong. Jorge worked as a journeyman carpenter in the Carpenters Union. He enjoyed watching UFC fights and exercising. He was a great cook, and the holidays were a special time for him. Jorge was a regular blood and plasma donor, and countless people were helped with his donations. He was extremely proud of his sons and cherished the time spent with them. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Jorge is survived by his wife, Lisa Hernandez of Union; his parents, Chon and Kika Hernandez of Mexico; his three sons: Alejandro Hernandez, Neko Hernandez, and Lukas Hernandez all of Union; four siblings: Jose Hernandez and wife Amy of Overland, Alejandro Hernandez and wife Dulce of Overland, Violeta Hernandez and husband Omar, Ana Rosa Hernandez and husband Jose of Mexico; mother-in-law, Melody Miller and husband Danny of Robertsville; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
