John Hawkins' Obituary
John Hawkins, 70, of St. Clair passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018 at his home.
Mr. Hawkins, son of John Hawkins and wife Mary nee Wilken was born July 23, 1947 in St. Clair.
He received his schooling at St. Clair High School. Later he worked at Rexam in Union as a plant manager where he retired.
He enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and growing flowers at his home. Most important of all he loved raising his family.
Mr. Hawkins was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Hawkins; his son, Johnnie Hawkins Jr. and four siblings, Cindy Hawkins, Bill Hawkins, Vernon Hawkins and Jimmy Dean Hawkins.
He is survived by ten children, Tina Dazey and husband Raney, Connie Rector and husband Tim, Christine Jones, Angela Hawkins, Jennifer Hawkins, Steven Hawkins and wife Billie, Jamie Cartwright and husband Daniel, Krissie Hawkins, Austin Hawkins and Walter Stahlman III.; nine siblings, Patricia Downey, Rose Lucas, Janet Nevills, Brenda Johnson and husband Bob, Linda Boyer, Debra "Lou" Dell, Kay Hawkins and husband Greg Parker, Marilyn Berger and husband Kendall and Mike Hawkins and wife Sandy; thirty-one grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.Funeral Services for John Hawkins
