John Robert Graves Jr., 73 of Marthasville passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at his home.

John, son of John Graves and wife Irene (Olson) was born November 14, 1947 in St. Louis.

On June 6, 2009 he was united to Lisa in St. Charles.

John served his country in the United States Army seeing wartime in Vietnam and received an honorable discharge for his service.

John enjoyed spending time at Lake of the Ozarks fishing, boating and swimming.

He was the most caring and loving individual you could ever meet.

John was preceded in death by his parents, John Sr. and Irene Graves and his wife Sue Graves.

He is survived by his wife, Lisa Graves of Marthasville; three children, Gillian Graves and husband Caleb Muth of Colorado Springs, CO, Seann Graves of St. Peters and Rhiannon Weimer and husband Jeff of St. Peters; one sister, Joyce Tinsley and husband Gene of St. Charles; six grandchildren, Kade, Aden, Madison, Zachary, Sianna and Serrin; stepdaughter, Stephanie Sheldon of Houston, TX; three nieces, Janet, Mauri and Becky; other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Association are preferred.
