John "Mark" Evans, 64, of Sullivan passed away Friday, October 1, 2021 in Creve Coeur.

Mark was born October 17, 1956 in St. Louis.

Mark was an Honorary Member of the VFW Post 3987 in Sullivan. His passion was for Harley Davidsons and motorcycle riding. He always enjoyed spending time trout fishing with friends.

Mark was preceded in death his parents, John C. and Ann Evans and his son, Todd Evans.

He is survived by special friend, Rene Wolfel of Springfield; five siblings, Elaine Holladay of Union, Debbie Riggins and husband Jerry of Union, Gary Gay and wife Sherry of Union, Denise Bieser of Ste. Genevieve and Mitchell Sherba of Bellefontaine Neighbors; two grandchildren, Alexi Hamm and husband Nick of Springfield and Morgan Evans of Springfield; one great-grandson, Keaton; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the family are preferred.
