Joan Teresa Prichard (Tersteeg), 73, of Union passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021 in Washington.

Joan, daughter of Al Tersteeg and wife Ann (Lavin) was born September 29, 1948 in Jefferson City, MO.

Joan had a personal relation with the Lord, she dedicated time to her Bible Study Group and was an avid reader of the Bible.

She was very close to her twin sister Jean; they did everything together. She loved to spend quality time with her family and be part of all the family activities, most of all she enjoyed being a grandmother and great grandmother.

Joan was preceded in death by her parents, Al & Ann Tersteeg and one brother, Bob Tersteeg.

She is survived by two children, Nickie Voss and husband Bob of Washington and Wayne Prichard and wife Diana of Kirkwood; one brother, Bill Tersteeg and wife Dede of Pennsylvania; three sisters, Jean Whitworth of Union; Mary Ann Lucero and husband Elroy of California, Dee Dee Morreo  and husband Phil of South Carolina and four grandchildren, Kelsey Mentz and husband Zach, Devin Baxter, Cade Prichard and Evie Prichard; one great granddaughter, Elania Mentz; many nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.

Memorial donations to the American Diabetes Association are preferred.
