Jimmy Dale Farrar, 71, of Villa Ridge passed away, Saturday, May 28, 2016 in St. Clair.

Mr. Farrar, son of the late Claude Farrar and wife Velma nee Black was born January 15, 1945 in Eureka, Missouri.

On February 17, 1981 he was united in marriage to Carol Muehleman in Union.

He enjoyed spending time with his family and talking with friends on the front porch of his home.

Mr. Farrar was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Velma Farrar; his wife, Carol Farrar; three brothers, Thomas Farrar, Billy Farrar and Stanley Farrar and one sister, Nadine Pont.

He is survived by his daughter, Cheryl Fortner and fiancé Darrell Wiseley of Villa Ridge; his grandson, Joseph Fortner of St. Clair; his first wife, Linda Conway of St. Clair; aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
