Jessie J. Jennings nee Gordon Villoria, 91 of New Haven passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at her home.

Jessie was born to Alfred Gordon and Mary nee Marshall on January 23, 1925 in Sitka, Alaska and raised by parents, William Villoria and Katherine nee Marshall.

Jessie was raised in Juneau, Alaska and later moved to Fremont, California where she pursued her career for the Social Security Administration.  After retiring from the Social Security Administration, she moved to New Haven to be closer to her family.

Jessie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald Jennings; one brother, Alfred Gordon; two sisters, Bessie Gordon and Dorothy Gordon and her son, Sidney Greenewald.

She is survived by her children, Roberta "Bobbie" Bennett nee Greenewald and husband Joe of New Haven, Beverly Cagas nee Greenewald and husband Chess of St. Louis, Jessica Brooks nee Greenewald and husband Dwane of St. Louis, Gordon Eldridge and wife Barbara of California State, Barney Eldridge and wife Debbie of New Haven, Carol Giguere nee Eldridge and husband Jeff of Nevada State, Sonny Eldridge and wife Phyllis of St. Louis, Christine Eldridge of California State and Dody Johnson nee Corney and husband Keith of California State; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
