A Shared Obituary

It is with profound sadness that the families of Jessica LaLonde Lashly, 38, and her beloved daughter, Jersey Lynn Greer, 17, announce their tragic passing on July 27, 2026.

Jessica was born on July 20, 1988, in St. Louis, Missouri, and Jersey was born on March 27, 2009, in Washington, Missouri. Though their lives ended far too soon, the love they shared as mother and daughter will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew them.

Jessica was a graduate of Hickey College, where she earned an Associate Degree in Business Management. She worked as an office manager for Lashly Tree Service and was known for her strong work ethic, caring heart, and devotion to those she loved. She especially treasured time with her daughters and enjoyed working on cars. Above all, Jessica's greatest joy was being a mother, and her family always came first.

Jersey was preparing to begin her senior year at Northwest High School in House Springs. She was an outgoing young woman with a bright smile who made friends wherever she went. Jersey loved spending time with family and friends and had a passion for sports. She enjoyed playing lacrosse, and she was a member of a select league this summer. Her enthusiasm for life, kind heart, and infectious spirit touched countless classmates, teammates, and friends.

Jessica was preceded in death by her daughter, Jersey Lynn Greer.

Together, they are lovingly remembered by Jessica's daughter and Jersey's twin sister, Justice Greer; Jersey's father, Michael Greer of Washington; Jessica's parents and Jersey’s grandparents, Timothy and Renee Rohrbach of St. Clair and Lawrence Lashly of House Springs; Jersey's boyfriend, Roman Bacca; Jessica's siblings, TJ (Casy) Rohrbach, Jacob Lashly, Jamie Rohrbach, Jake (Madeline) Rohrbach, Bradley Lashly, Krystle Rohrbach and Lindsey (Hayden) Oberkramer; along with many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and countless friends whose lives they touched.

The family finds comfort in knowing that both Jessica and Jersey chose to be organ donors, giving the gift of life to others even in the midst of unimaginable tragedy.

Their memories will forever be cherished, their love never forgotten, and their legacy will continue to live on through the many lives they touched.
