Jerry Dean Cooper, Jr., of Gerald, passed away at his home on Monday, October 10, 2022.

Jerry, son of Jerry Dean Cooper, Sr. and wife Joanne (Burch), was born on December 19, 1961, in St. Louis.

He was united in marriage to Rachel Hupfeld at St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Gerald, on June 27, 1992.

Jerry loved spending time in the outdoors whether in the woods or near the water where he enjoyed fishing and hunting. He especially loved the time he spent with his grandchildren and family.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Joanne Cooper.

He is survived by his wife, Rachel Copper; his father, Jerry Dean Coper, Sr. of Owensville; two sons, Jerry Dean Cooper, III, and wife, Renee of Bland, Joseph Michael Cooper and wife, Meagan of Hartsburg; one daughter Jessica Leah Patrick and husband, Allen of Rosebud; two brothers, Gary Ray Kays of Missouri, Scott Cooper and wife, Bridget of Owensville; two sisters, Laura Haynes of St. Clair, Debbie Rogers and husband, John of Gerald; nine grandchildren, Rylie Cooper, Easton Cooper, Kenzie Cooper, Makayla Mesger, Makinley Anson, Parker Cooper, Liam Patrick, Rowdie Cooper and Theodore Patrick; aunts; nieces; nephews; cousins and many friends.
