Jasper "Wyatt" Meyer Coates, 26, of Gerald passed away Thursday. April 8, 2021 at his home.

Wyatt, son of Michael Coates and Pamela Meyer was born February 3, 1995 in St. Louis.

At a young age he became an avid reader, a hobby he maintained into adult hood.  He loved music, especially loud music. He became a great cook and envisioned a career in Culinary Arts where he could work on a cruise ship and travel the world. His unique sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him.

Wyatt was preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald and Evelyn Meyer.

He is survived by his mother, Pamela Meyer of Venice, FL; his father, Michael Coates of Nebraska; significant other, Samantha Enloe of Gerald; friend, Robbie Dunker and family; aunts; uncles; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
