Jarrell "Jerry" Lemons, 76 of St. Clair passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2013 in St. Clair. Mr. Lemons, son of the late Albert Lemons and wife Iretta Mae nee Samples was born June 2, 1937 in Sessor, Illinois.

On October 12, 1985 he was united in marriage to Sally nee Stone in Creve Ceour. He worked as a Production Control Specialist at McDonnell Douglas until his retirement in 1992.

His heart was into helping kids with sports. Jerry coached many little league sports for his children and kept coaching after his own children were grown.

Mr. Lemons was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Jeff Lemons and Jerry Lemons and one sister, Marlene.

He is survived by his wife, Sally Lemons; two children, Pam Gettinger and husband Darryl and Chris Lemons and wife Gracie; three step children, Guy Albrecht and wife Liz, Todd Albrecht and wife Diane and Keith Waldrup and wife Suzie; twin brother, Garrold Lemons and wife Glenna, brother, ray Lemons; two sisters, Alberta and Debbie; seven grandchildren, Chase Gettinger and wife Brandy, Lacey Shank and husband John, Jeffrey M. Lemons and wife Adelaide, Andy T. Lemons and wife Rachael, Katie Lemons, Sam Lemons and Emily Lemons; eight step-grandchildren, Guy Albrecht, Kayla Ross, Stephanie Albrecht, Ashly Albrecht, Kye Albrecht, Chad Albrecht, Lily Waldrup and Karly Waldrup; many great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
