Janet Rose nee Whitaker, 60 of St. Clair passed away Monday, February 25, 2013 in Washington.

Mrs. Rose, daughter of Robert Whitaker and wife Mildred nee Doyle was born September 22, 1952 in St. Louis.

She was a kind person whose door was always open for anyone needing a helping hand.

Mrs. Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Mildred Whitaker and her husband, David Stahlman. She is survived by one son, James Rose and fiancé Connie Williams of Florida; three daughters, Misty Killam of St. Clair, Libby Kline and husband John of Sullivan and Amy Schwanitz and husband Ira of St. Clair; two brothers; twelve grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
