Janet K. Hensley nee Bethman, 71, of Marthasville, passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2017 in St. Louis.

Janet was born on June 14, 1945 to the late Leonard Bethman and wife Lucy nee Schulte in St. Charles.

She was united in marriage to Charles Hensley on June 14, 1972 in St. Charles.

Janet was a teacher at Fort Zumwalt and Francis Howell School Districts until her retirement after thirty-two years.

Mrs. Hensley was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Lucy Bethman; her son, Steven Noel; one brother, Eugene Bethman and one sister, Elaine Evans.

Janet is survived by her husband, Charles Hensley of Marthasville; one son, Chad Hensley of Fenton; three stepsons, Randy Hensley of Kansas City, MO, Jeff Hensley and wife Debra of Platte City, MO and Brian Hensley and wife Teresa of Kansas City, MO; seven grandchildren, Alex, Colin, Eric, Shea, Carli, Jackson and Addison; one great-granddaughter, Rosalyn; other relatives and many friends.
