Jane Ellen Bates nee Pope, 61, of Washington passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2017 in Washington.

Mrs. Bates, daughter of the late Raymond Pope and wife Norma nee Maupin was born September 28, 1955 in Washington.

She worked as a Production Worker at Impact in Sullivan for 25 years. She enjoyed spending time with her sisters and taking in some QVC in her spare time.

Mrs. Bates was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Norma Pope and one brother, Jimmy Pope.

She is survived by three children, Mark Pope and wife Kristi of Washington, Kelly Hawkins of Jefferson City and Lisa Robinson and husband Brien of Jefferson City; one brother, Kenny Pope and wife Judy of Washington; four sisters, Patricia Isgriggs and husband Jason Sr. of Union, Darlene Davis of Sarasota, Florida, Judy Boisselle of Vancouver, Washington and Debbie Willhelm of Washington; her boyfriend, Bob Schiller; thirteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
