James C. Wyatt Sr., 57, of St. Clair, passed away Friday, October 26, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family in St. Clair.

On January 22, 1961 James was born to Clara (McGee) Wyatt.

As a young man James attended Northwest High School.

James worked as a CNA for 25 years and enjoyed caring for the elderly.

On September 24, 2010 James was united in marriage to Toni Gurnow in Union.

In his free time, he loved listening to music, spending time with his family and grand-kids, watching movies and taking care of everyone. Most of all James loved his family.

James was preceded in death by his mother, Clara McGee and one grandson, Stacey Tolbert "Wyatt" (Phat Man).

Those who are left to remember James are his wife of 8 years, Toni Wyatt; close friend, Denise Wyatt; two sons, Jeremy Wyatts and wife Arie of Seattle, WA, James Wyatt II of St. Clair, three step-sons; Ian Stanley of St. Clair, Quentin Stanley of St. Clair, Trey Stanley of St. Clair; three daughters, Eboni Wyatt of St. Clair, Nadia Wyatt and significant other Robb Bradford of St. Louis, Simone Wyatt and significant other Rob Morris of St. Louis; one step-sister, Stephanie Edwards of St. Louis; seventeen grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Memorial Donations are preferred to the American Cancer Society.
