James "Jim" Martin Seamon of Sullivan, MO passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at the age of 63 years.  Jim was born October 8, 1961, in Washington, MO; the son of Martin Seamon and his wife, Murrel (Skoby).

Jim was united in marriage to Dana (Schneider) on March 6, 2004, and the couple made their home in Sullivan.  Jim was employed by Hardys Hot Rods in Sullivan as an automotive mechanic. He loved cars, especially his 1974 Charger, and arrowhead hunting.  Jim's true passion in life was his family and he cherished the time he spent with them.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Murrel Seamon; and one great-grandson, Arlo James Girardier.

He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Dana Seamon of Sullivan; three children: Nicole Swoboda and significant other, Spencer Vaughn of Hazelwood, Travis Seamon of Sullivan, and Nathan Seamon of Sullivan; three brothers: Kenny Seamon, Timmy Seamon, and David Seamon, all of Gerald; three sisters: Kathy Tutor and husband Mike of TN, Debbie Manhart and husband Dan of Union, and Barbie Strait and husband Harold of Gerald; six grandchildren: Destanee Goddard, Joey Mitchell, Payton Goddard, Kaidence Vaughn, Sylas Seamon, and Haiden Vaughn; and many other relative and friends.
