Obituary

James A. Ochsenbine, 76, of St. Clair pass away Thursday, February 8, 2018 at his home.

Mr. Ochsenbine, son of Willard Ochsenbine and wife Mary nee Betts was born February 7, 1942 in Barnesville, Ohio.

James was proud of his Military background. He served his country in the United States Army and was stationed in Okinawa, Japan from 1965 to 1966.

On August 7, 1965 he was united in marriage to Joyce Jones in St. Clair.

James was of the Christian Faith and attended Rock Hill Community Church in Stanton.

James enjoyed woodworking, he often made toys such as cars and trains for his children and grandchildren. He was a very thoughtful father and grandfather and was always there for his family.

Mr. Ochsenbine was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Mary Ochsenbine; his wife, Joyce Ochsenbine; two sisters, Wilma Beck Edna Clark and great-granddaughter, Raylyne Parker.

He is survived by six children, Kenneth A. Ochsenbine and wife Raylene, Dennis Ochsenbine and wife Lisa, Tammy Schuler and husband Monroe, Randy Ochsenbine and wife Angie, Stacy Ochsenbine and significant other Gary Busse and Carrie Bell and husband Jason all of St. Clair; son-in-law, Harold O'Daniel of St. Clair; 22 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and many many friends.
