Jake Counts, Jr. 26 of Park Hills passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2010 in Farmington.

Mr. Counts, son of Jake Douglas Counts, Sr. and Sallie Rice nee Pulley was born June 6, 1984 in St. Louis, MO.

He received his schooling at the Missouri Welding Institute in Nevada, Missouri and graduated in November, 2010.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bobby and Henryetta Pulley.

Mr. Counts is survived by one son, Dalton Lee Counts of Park Hills; his mother, Sallie Rice and step-father, Iris Rice of Park Hills; his father, Jake Douglas Counts, Sr. and step-mother Bonnie Counts of Illinois; two brothers, Richie Counts and wife Paula of St. Louis and Bobby Counts and wife Tina of St. Louis; one sister, Jody Counts of Park Hills; foster brother, Jeramie Warren of Park Hills; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
