Ira "Frank" Francis Hoss, 81 of Union passed away Friday, December 25, 2015 at his home.

Mr. Hoss, son of the late Ben Hoss and wife Addie nee Gist was born November 17, 1934 in Mena, Arkansas.

On July 6, 1968 he was united to Marilyn Feager in Sullivan.

Mr. Hoss served his country under active duty in the United States Army and continued on serving with the Army Reserves.

He was a member of First Baptist Church of Washington.

He enjoyed woodworking and carpentry work. Building anything from doll houses to cabinets.

Mr. Hoss was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Addie Hoss.

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Hoss of Union; one son, Todd Hoss and wife Diane of Washington; one daughter, Angie Schulze and husband Doug of House Springs; twin brother, Jim Hoss and wife Marlene of Laughlin, Nevada; one sister, Phyllis Mescher and husband Jack of Washington; four grandchildren, Erika Hoss, Jared Hoss, Lexi Schulze and Mason Schulze; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
