Infant Carson Matthew Everette Valley went to be with Lord November 13, 2013. He is survived by his mother, Chelsea Lynne Valley of St. Clair; grandparents, Joseph and Sherry Valley of St. Clair; great-grandparents, Eddie and Donna DeClue of St. Clair and Lacey and Joyce Phares of Cherryville, MO; uncles, Joseph Valley, Justin Valley and Brett Valley all of St. Clair; one aunt, Katelyn Valley of St. Clair; many great uncles and great nieces; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
