Helen Hayes, 67 of Union passed away Sunday, January 6, 2013 at her home. Miss Hayes, daughter of Ralph Hayes and wife Helen nee Barnes was born November 4, 1945 in Mexico, Missouri.

She worked as a Medical Technologist at St. John's Mercy Hospital and later at Walmart.

Miss Hayes was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Helen Hayes and her brother, Jerry Hayes.

She is survived by her sister, Janice Loveless of St. Charles; her sister-in-law, Melissa Hayes; nephews, Jimmy Loveless and wife Jamie Hicks of St. Charles and Shaun Hayes and wife Courtney of St. Peters; nieces, Shannon (Hayes) Donati and husband Vic of O'Fallon and Katie (Hayes) Finuf and husband Tony of O'Fallon; great-nephews and great-niece, Ethan and Eli Hicks and Dominic and Scarlett Hayes; special friends, Lois and Lee Thater and Fran Albright; her dogs, Bandit and Bridgett; other relatives and many friends.
