Glenn P. Keune, Sr., of Villa Ridge, passed away in the presence of his loving family on Friday, February 7, 2025, at the age of 84.  He was born in St Louis on February 17, 1940, the son of Herman and Edna (Saak) Keune.

He worked in the carpenters union in his early years before becoming a self-employed carpenter.  He enjoyed crafting everything from doll houses to bird houses. Glenn was always up for a ride on his Harley, grilling, frying fish, fishing or deer hunting. His most cherished time was the time he spent with his family.

Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Edna Keune; wife, Louise, "Jeanette" Sitzes; daughter, Lisa Marie Keune; brothers, Robert Keune, Vernon Keune, Herman Keune; sisters, Leota Shindler, Laverne Brewer; brothers-in-law, Ernie Schirmer and Wesley Brewer.

He is survived by his wife, Myra Joglar; sons: Bill Keune and wife Donna of Robertsville, Glenn P. Keune, Jr. of Robertsville, and Ben Sexton of Fenton; daughters: Tammy Peake and husband Jim of Pacific, Angela Purnell of Villa Ridge, Wendy Stauffer and husband Rick of Pennsylvania, Crystal Brown of Colorado; brother, Victor Keune and wife Marlyn of Ellisville; sister, Evelyn Schirmer of Ellisville; sister-in-law, Dorothy Keune of New Melle; brother-in-law, Ricky Sitzes and wife Chrissy of St Louis; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
