Glenda Kay (Halmich) Sohn, 66, of St. Clair, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2019 at her home.

On June 8, 1952, Glenda was born to the union of Ross Halmich and Eva (Bigley) in Washington.

On October 18, 1969 she was united in marriage to Leroy Sohn Sr. in St. Clair.

Glenda received her education in the St. Clair School District.

Glenda loved being a grandmother and would always make sure that she had cookies, candy and bananas for the kids. Glenda collected cookbooks and she loved E.T. Most of all Glenda loved her family.

Glenda is preceded in death by her parents, Ross and Eva Halmich and special niece, Paeton Stephens.

She is survived by her husband, Leroy Sohn Sr. of St. Clair; two sons, Leroy Sohn Jr. and wife Donna of St. Clair and David Sohn Sr. and Aimee Castro of St. Clair; one daughter, Eva Sohn and husband Jayme of St. Clair; two brothers, Gary Halmich and wife Jody of St. Clair and Dennis Halmich and Rosita of St. Clair; one sister, Karen Downey and husband Roger of St. Clair; thirteen grandchildren, Josh Sohn and wife Allison, Anndreya Sohn and fiancé Anthony DuBuque, Shaunna Sohn, Brittany Knowles and husband Zac, Tayden, Lucie, Erika, Trenton, David Jr., Jesse and triplets Joey, Jonny and Justin; fifteen great-grandchildren, Joshua, Gracie, Casey, Kylie, Dysin, Connor, Hayleigh, Emma, Andrew, Trenton, Estella, Ryder, Johnny, Jayce and soon to be Eliana; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
