Gene L. Finch, 52 of St. Louis passed away Monday, April 11, 2016 in St. Louis.

Mr. Finch, son of Eugene Finch and Glenda nee King was born April 13, 1963 in St. Louis.

As a child he grew up in Dogtown and later moved to St. Jacob, Illinois.  In his later years he returned to St. Louis.

He was a wonderful Guitar Player and talented Singer.

Mr. Finch was preceded in death by his father, Gene L. Finch and his aunt Mabel Murphy.

He is survived by his son, Alex Finch of Belleville, IL; his daughter, Allison Finch and fiancé Charles Lemp of Belleville, IL; his mother, Glenda Waller and husband Bill of St. Clair; one sister, Laurie (Finch) Short and husband Chris of Wentzville; two grandchildren, Marie and Charles; three uncles, Bobby Finch of St. Louis, Terry King of Rolla and Derry King of California State; his cousin, Laura Murphy; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
