Gary Louis Thurman Sr., 49, of Robertsville passed away Thursday, February 16, 2017 in Robertsville.

Mr. Thurman, son of the late Edward Thurman and Georgia nee White was born July 11, 1967 in Pascagula, Mississippi.

Mr. Thurman was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by seven children, Lark Thurman of Robertsville, Louis Thurman of Robertsville, Beoncca Thurman of Robertsville, Gary Thurman Jr. of Robertsville, John Da'Shana of Eureka, Brandi Susa of Eureka and Semaj Da'shana of Mississippi; fiancé, Cheryl Brewer of Robertsville; five siblings, Patricia Clark, Eddie Thurman, Anthony Arnold, Willie Thurman and James White; four grandchildren, Diondra A'liyah Hunter, Di'Mani Amir Hunter, Serenity Diona Hunter and Aaden Michael Brown; best friend and brother, Hassan Sheeta; two god children, Niah and Hassan Sheeta; nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
