Elizabeth A. Vagedes (Watts), 76, of St. Clair, passed away, Wednesday, June 18, 2019 at her home.

On November 25, 1942 she was born to the union of Henry Watts and Kathleen (Murray) in St. Louis.

Elizabeth worked as a mail carrier, nurse and spent some time as a nun.

Elizabeth was a devoted mother and wife. She was such a loving and giving person. Elizabeth enjoyed watching and feeding the birds, especially the hummingbirds. She loved watching T.V. and loving on the cats and dogs. Elizabeth also loved lighthouses.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her second husband, Joseph Vagedes; her first husband, Dan Young and one brother, Jim Watts.

She is survived by her daughter, Jen'nai Young of St. Clair; one stepson, David Vagedes and wife Donna of Fletcher; stepdaughters; two brothers, Bill Watts of St. Charles and Henry and wife Mickey of Colorado; one sister, Mary Anne Pritzker of St. Clair; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Memorial donations to the family are preferred.
