Obituary

Douglas Maki, 39 of Union passed away Sunday, December 16, 2012 at his home.

Mr. Maki, son of Charles and Cynthia McGee was born March 30, 1973 in Provo, Utah. Mr. Maki proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and the Army Reserves to date. On February 20, 2005 he was united in marriage to Tobi Weible in Washington, Missouri.

He was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church in Villa Ridge were he lead the men's bible study. He owned and operated his own business "Your IT Department". He loved hunting with his children and being the best father he could be.

Mr. Maki was preceded in death by his grandparents, Don and Ethel Marshall and Emperss McGee; his uncle, Don Marshall Jr. and his aunt Sandy Marshall.

He is survived by his wife Tobi Maki of Union; nine sons, James Maki, Quentin Weatherly, Matt Maki, Connor Weatherly, Nick Maki, Kortland Maki, Daniel Maki, Haeden Maki and Easton Maki; three daughters, Sarah Maki, Julie Maki and Kennedy Weatherly; his parents, Charles and Cynthia McGee of Washington; three brothers, Timothy McGee and wife Mary of Nashville, TN, Evan Maki of Baltimore, Maryland and John Maki and wife Katherine of Oklahoma City, OK; one sister, Kelly Brandwein and husband Paul of Warrenton; grandparents, Eddy and Millie Maki of Utah; two uncles, Bobby McGee and Mitchell McGee; three aunts, Charlie Bank, Carol Miles and Tamar Daugherty; parents-in-law, Ed and Jan Toler; sisters-in-law Kim Smith & husband Jonathan and Niki Quintos; brothers-in-law Todd Weible & wife Tricia, Micah Toler & wife Jessie and Joshua Tolernieces; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
