Doris Woodruff nee Allen, 92, of St. Clair passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at her home.

Mrs. Woodruff, daughter of the late Francis Ingram Allen and wife Dora nee Parks was born March 8, 1924 in Washington.

On June 17, 1950 she was united in marriage to Vernon Woodruff in Union.

Mrs. Woodruff was preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Dora Allen; her husband, Vernon Woodruff; four sisters, Meredith Girardier, Bonnie Dierking, Fern Richards and Rose Enloe and two granddaughters, Vanessa Johnston and Angela Sherwood.

She is survived by three sons, Joe Woodruff of St. Clair, David Woodruff of St. Clair and Larry Woodruff and wife Wanda of St. Clair; two daughters, Cheryl Conaway of Fulton and Lana Woodruff of St. Clair; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
